Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centre’s – it’s never easy to be spending quality time with them and take care of your business at home. Your loved ones are undergoing procedures or recovering from illnesses and you want to be with them; and so you should. But please help us to help you. Your octopus arms may be able to handle it for a time, but then your mental capacity is running out of steam; or vice versa. You’re skipping meals and loosing sleep and before you know it you’ve nodded off in the visitors chair while your sick relative takes care of you!
Of course we can never replace the love of a mother at her child’s bedside, or a dad’s prayer, or a grandparent’s fuss. What we can offer is a supportive group of individuals including the Directors who will alternately visit you and/or your family.
We simply need one thing from you – and that’s for you to let us know about your situation so we can organize the visit(s).
